-Possess theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks with updated information, practice equipments and other resource on basic level based on qualifications gained at secondary education level. -Has the basic level theoretical and practical information supported by course books, practices, tools and other resources containing information related to the field of transportation information.
-Has a basic level of knowledge on mathematics, science and the application of these fields in transportation management.
-Has knowledge of basic engineering concepts related to transportation / logistics.
-Has basic theoretical and practical knowledge about the field in legal matters.
-Has basic knowledge on international trade and operating issues.
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
-Gain the skills to use basic level theoretical and practical knowledge acquired within the field in the same field of a higher education level or in a field of same level. -Has the ability to use the basic level theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field of transportation in the same field at a further education level or in a field at the same level.
-Interpret and evaluate data, define problems, do analysis, produce solutions based on proof with using basic level knowledge and practices gained within the field. -Uses the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field of transportation, interprets and evaluates data, identifies, analyzes problems and develops solution suggestions based on evidences.
-With a basic engineering perspective, sorts the engineering problems and solutions defined in the field of transportation / logistics

-Collects data for the examination of engineering problems related to transportation / logistics makes the presentation and basic interpretation of the collected data.

-Conduct studies at basic level within the field independently. -Carries on study and takes responsibility in transportation, logistics and related engineering teams and individually
-Take responsibility as a team member in order to solve unexpected complex problems faced in the implementations within the field. -Takes responsibility as a team worker to solve complex and unpredictable problems encountered in practices related to transportation field, and works effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
-Conduct activities towards the development of subordinates within a project. -Carries out activities for the development of employees under its responsibility within the framework of a project carried out in the fields of transportation / logistics and related engineering.

-Monitor the developments in the field and communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio A2 General Level. -Shares thoughts on the issues related to engineering field associated transportation / logistics and solution suggestions for problems in this field with experts and non-experts.
-Use informatics and communication technologies with at least a minimum level of European Computer Driving License Basic Level software knowledge. -By using a foreign language at least at the level of European Language Portfolio A2 General Level follows the information in the field and communicates with colleagues.
-Has a basic level of practical and applied knowledge about information operating systems, directs this information to the field of transportation.
